Jalyn Hall
Jalyn Hall was born in Atlanta on December 23, 2006. He is relatively new to the entertainment industry, but he’s already making his mark. Since making his on-screen debut in 2017, he has built a very impressive resume that includes roles in TV shows and films. He is probably best known for playing Dillon James in the popular CW series All American. However, he also starred as Emmett Till in the 2023 movie Till. Most recently, he played Josh Bell in the Disney + series The Crossover.
Hall has chosen to stay pretty private when it comes to his personal life, so there isn’t much information out there about him outside of his work. However, based on his Instagram profile, it appears that he enjoys fashion and has a close relationship with his family.
Shamier Anderson
Shamier Anderson is the older brother of fellow actor Stephen James. Anderson was born to Jamaican parents in Toronto on May 6, 1991. He attended Wexford Collegiate School for the Arts in Toronto.
Before pursuing acting, he studied criminology and underwent weapons training. He made his on-screen debut in 2010 and has built a resume that includes more than a dozen credits. He is probably most well known for playing Xavier Dolls in the TV series Wynonna Earp.
In addition to his work as an actor, Anderson’s Instagram bio also states that he is a DJ and an entrepreneur.
Shinelle Azoroh
Shinelle Azoroh is a formally trained actress who studied at The American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco. She made her first on-screen appearance in 2013 in the TV movie Betty and Coretta, which centered around Betty Shabazz and Coretta Scott King.
The last few years have been huge for Shinelle Azoroh’s career. In 2021, she earned a main role in the Apple TV+ series Swagger in which she plays a single mother named Jenna Carson, whose teenage son is a basketball star. Her role in Bruiser further solidified her skill and helped introduce her to a wider audience. Like her cast mates from the film, Shinelle has chosen to keep her personal life away from the spotlight. However, we do know that she is of Nigerian descent.
On top of acting, Shinelle is also a writer. She wrote and starred in a YouTube series called Roxie Wolfgang.
Trevonte Rhodes
Trevonte Rhodes is a Louisiana native who was primarily raised in Texas. He grew up playing sports and was a talented athlete who lettered in football and track in high school. He got his big break in 2016 when he was cast in the film Moonlight. His role in the film earned him several award nominations. He has been working consistently ever since. In 2022, he portrayed the legendary boxer Mike Tyson in the Hulu miniseries Mike. Although Rhodes’ work received favorable reviews from many critics, some felt that the series itself felt flat. Additionally, Tyson himself shared that he did not support the project.
When Trevonte isn’t busy with work, he loves reading books, listening to music, and spending time with his family.
